Package includes: Deluxe motorcoach transportation, two night stay at Holiday Inn, City Tour of Cleveland, Rock Hall of Fame, Pastry from Little Italy, Christmas Story House, Sundae at Sweeties, Mary Faktor Show, Admission to Stan Hywet with box lunch, Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad, Amish and Mennonite Heritage Center, two night stay at Amish Door, Dinner at Amish home, Wagon ride at Hershberger Market, Walnut Creek Cheese, dinner at Amish Door, Amish Country Theater, and guide fees. Four breakfast and four dinners. Meal and Step on Guide Gratuities included. Coach Driver Tip is not included. Suggested amount per person is between $3.00 and $5.00 per day.

 

 Monday, September 21 - Travel to Cleveland, Ohio for a two- night stay at the Holiday Inn Independence. Indoor pool, lounge, bar, restaurant. Local guide will meet group at the hotel, hand out keys to tour leader. Depart with a local guide to the Hofbrauhaus for an included dinner.(Internationally famous started in Germany over 400 years ago!) D

 

Tuesday, September 22 - Breakfast buffet included at the Inn. Guided tour of Cleveland, drive by famous sites. Visit the fabulous Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Depart to Little Italy for lunch on own, we will include a pastry for all from one of the delicious local bakeries! Next visit the Christmas Story House made famous in the 1983 Holiday Classic! Depart to the world's largest candy store, Sweeties, for a delicious sundae, and shopping time to find all your favorites from days gone by and current favorite candies, popcorn, sodas, and more! Over 20,000 sq feet, this iconic store serves as a distributor for over 140 candy manufacturers around the US! Enjoy a pasta buffet with grilled chicken, meatballs, sauces, salads, and dessert at the Inn followed by a hilarious comedy show by Mary Faktor! Her Six Ages of Woman show had delighted audiences for decades as you listen on 6 phone calls Vickie makes to her friend Madge from a teenager to newlywed, pregnant mom, working mom, and grandmother! Wednesday, September 23 - Breakfast buffet. Depart to the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad from the Independence station to Akron Northside, downtown Akron Train Ride. Next depart for Stan Hywet Hall and Gardens, home of Goodyear Tire Baron, Frank Seiberling. The 68- room mansion and grounds are a self -guided experience authentic English Manor style estate and gardens! Box lunches to enjoy for all. After lunch depart for the world's largest Amish Community near Sugarcreek. Visit the Amish and Mennonite Heritage Center to learn the amazing history of the Amish and Mennonites via a 260 by 10-foot cyclorama mural! Next check into Inn at Amish Door for a two -night stay. Features large spacious comfortable rooms in the country, indoor pool, fire pit, bakery, shops, and restaurant. Dinner is included at an Amish family home, featuring family style feast and fellowship with the family! (Please do take photos of the family unless they allow it). B,D

 

Thursday, September 24 - Enjoy a Breakfast buffet Inn. Guided tour Hershberger Bakery and Farm Market featuring their famous fry pies, stuffed cookies, cream sticks, cookies, donuts, candies, fresh popped kettle corn, jams, and so much more. We will include a WAGON ride for all throughout the farm. (They do not do buggy rides for groups, takes too long, please note this one new agenda! Depart to Coblentz Chocolates. Depart to Lamp and Light Candle to watch the Amish ladies do a fun candle carving demo, then enjoy time to browse the quaint store filled with delicious scents! Depart to Walnut Creek Cheese Cafe for lunch on own featuring Amish haystack, sandwiches, we will treat all to ice cream! Depart to the Walnut Creek Marketplace huge indoor flea market, winery, and more! All under roof. kitchen gadgets, and Return back to the Inn for break. Depart for the Amish Door Restaurant for a delicious buffet supper with full fresh salad bar featuring local specialty items, and hot bar with broasted chicken, roast beef, real mashed potatoes, dressing, noodles, veggies, and pie included for all! After dinner enjoy the Amish Country Theater for a two-hour musical and comedy variety show featuring live music, hilarious comedy skits, ventriloquist, magic, and more!   B,D
