T'ai Chi

T'ai Chi is a living tradition of fitness & health, graceful movement and slow tempo as well as fluid in natural postures. WOW! This is fantastic for all ages. It emphasizes balance, posture, breathing techniques & more. Classes are held Thu 1-2pm & Fri 10-11am; $5 per session for Members and $10 per session for Non-members.  Evening classes are Tue 7-8:30pm.
