Aerobics
Aerobics sessions are open to the public; $3 for Members and $6 for Non-members. This is a fun and energizing hour. Classes held on Mondays and Thursdays from 10-11am. Hosted by the Pennridge Community Center, corner of Rts. 113 & 152 in Silverdale, PA. Check in at the Receptionist’s desk upon arrival. Questions- Call 215-453-7027 M-F 9am-3pm.
