Computer Clinic

We will offer one special-topic evening computer clinic per month on Thursday evenings in September and October. All clinics are open to members and the general public. We have a maximum of eight seats, and preregistration is required. Clinics will run from 6:00 - 7:30 PM and will cost $20 pp, which will be donated to the Center. You may bring your own wireless laptop (please let us know when you register) or use our computers.

Clinics will include presentations, demonstrations, hands-on practice and handouts of information and resources.

Registration will close the Monday prior to the clinic. If we max out for a topic you may request to be put on a waiting list and a repeat may be offered. Clinics with fewer than four participants will be cancelled. Additional clinics may be scheduled on topics suggested by members and participants.

September 26th: Computer Maintenance. Learn some quick, easy and free things you should be doing to keep your computer healthy.

October 24th: Skype. Learn how to use this free Internet-based telephone network to send messages, make phone calls or include live video to keep in touch with family and friends.
